Language
The official language for MIE2022 is English. Values should be reported in the International System of Units. Presenters are responsible for appropriate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Registration
Any presentation accepted in the program requires to have at least one author registered to the conference. Multiple presentations require one distinct registration per each accepted submission. Disrespect of this usual EFMI/MIE rule will lead to cancellation.
Presentation
Oral presentations of full papers should be 10-minute long with 3 minutes for Q&A. For short communication papers, the oral presentation should last 3 minutes and allow for one short question. Please respect the time constraints so that all speakers can have the opportunity to present their work in a fair and equitable manner.
Your presentation slides should be uploaded in the preview room directly on site at the Palais des Congrès in Nice.

Poster Display
Panels will be provided, with numbers according to your ID. Recommended poster size is 90 cm wide x 120 cm high (maximum). Organizers will provide adequate fixation (double-sided velcro tape) at the registration desk. Posters are to be displayed from Friday 27 May 15:30 to Monday 30 May 11:00.
